Studio, 1 or 2 Bedroom Apartment  $450

Houses up to two bedrooms and 1700 square feet  $450

Three bedrooms and houses up to 3000 square feet  $550

3+ bedrooms and houses over 3000 square feet, rates begin at  $650

Dwellings over 3000 square ft priced by the square footage. The residential rate begins at .22 per square foot. You will have a short conversation with William to determine the rate and schedule your session.

$90 add-on may be required if there is a business being conducted in your residence; it is required if it is the only location for the business.

For Your Business:

The commercial rate begins at .99 per square foot and is adjusted down the greater the square footage. A short conversation with William will help him to understand the nature of your business and determine the rate for your session.
